Options available on the UT shelter include electrical packages, floor systems, HVAC systems, alarm packages and architectural options. The shelter’s all-welded construction provides strength and low maintenance while maintaining a light weight. Interiors are fully insulated and finished for maximum energy savings. The choice of siding includes exposed aggregate, cedar siding or brick veneer which meet any site requirements. Our shelters carry a multi-year limited warranty and all are pre-certified to meet state building certification programs.
